If you have purchased your CARBO directly from us at ridecarbo.com, please note that you do not need to register your warranty. Simply go to portal.ridecarbo.com and reset your password using the same email address used when placing your order.

This warranty is non-transferable and valid to the original purchaser only. Once your registration has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation and a link to access the CARBO portal.
